The location is excellent. Right at the marina, an easy walk to restaurants, bars and stores. We were given an upgrade to a junior suite which was really spacious and clean and have a nice balcony overlooking the marina and the pool area.

It just gets really loud at night with the live bands playing at nearby restaurants and bars.

The location was great and close to downtown. Also the price is very reasonable and affordable. The staff were very friendly, kind, helpful. My son fishes in Cabo on a regular basis and recommended that his family all stay here in a recent trip. It was everything he said and more.

The shower hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Im a professional housecleaner and that made me feel bad in the shower but everything else was clean. I was surprised that the cleaners did not replenish any of the dirty cups/glasses and I had to hunt down and ask for more coffee supplies. If things were used, they should be replaced.
