location was great & the view was beautiful

the first night there the lock on our room broke, we waited 40 minutes for someone to open up our room. We had to move to another room for 1 night. Ya, the room was bigger & better but the view was not good. The view from the balcony was what I was paying for not the room itself. The view in my first room is what I was paying for. The next day, I asked to be moved to a room with a full view of the marina like I had in my first room. They said they didn't have anymore rooms. Mgr got involved, he found us a room (404) with the same view. After that incident, things went fine.
