Hotel has an excellent location right on the Marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas. You can easily walk to many restaurants. The junior suite had a large amount of space. The little patio looked right over the marina.

Our room was incredibly noisy. There is no soundproofing so you can hear everyone who walks by in the outside corridor. If you know Cabo, then you know there are lots of drunk people talking loudly at night. It was very disruptive to relaxing and sleeping. The room was very dark and rather musty smelling. The mattress was lumpy.

Right smack at the harbor, beautiful view, close to everything and all the action. Just looking out of the balcony facing the harbor is so relaxing . Just watching the activities around and the sound the sea lions and other animals is already a vacation. The staff are awesome, very accommodating.

Difficult to find the rooms, very easy to get lost and confusing floors and room layout. The elevator too far apart Their buffet options not as good as they used to be.

La cama super comoda. Habitacion espaciosa y ubicacion perfecta justo al lado del puerto.

Hay ineficiencias, pasamos unos 15 minutos en recepcion para conectar el wifi, y el aparcamiento no nos abria la barrera al salir porque no dieron de alta nuesteo vehiculo correctamente, cosa que hizo que nuestra salida por la mañana se retrasase mas de media hora…

Near marina to meet cruise friends…good. BUT If you are offering lowest rate, YOU, Booking .com , should MENTIION that these rooms are only accessed by 17 steep steps…not nice. The food in the Lighthouse Restaurant at dinner was abominable. I wrote o the hotel mgr a detailed complaint….something I’ve never done in my Life! The staff in hotel and restaurant are very good.

Fire the evening chef. Get decent wines on menu. Change the food menu altogether. It doesn’t appeal at all to American (USA And Canadian) tourists which frequent it the most. I couldn’t eat the food and wine..,left it all behind and I am not that picky.

El diseño del hotel no es cómodo accesar a las habitaciones y ni al hotel, reserve con desayuno y resulta que no tenía aparte nos tuvieron esperando 3 horas en recepción.
