Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow

Lovely hotel in a great location. The highlight was dinner in the Restaurent where we were served by the lovely Christina who went above and beyond to serve us and make our evening special. Thanks so much Christina you are an asset to the hotel and the food was great too!!

Check in was very efficient, the reception staff member was very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was good and the service was excellent. Christina was exceptional, a lovely lady that knows how to do hospitality, well done Christina!

Good deal on stay and parking Large rambling place but friendly and professional welcome Good quiet room with large bathroom and nice accessories (losing a point for slightly tired bathtub) Not there for long enough to try any of the amenities but will certainly use again

Very close to airport, about £15 for uber (with tip). Clean & quiet room. Shane (checked us in) was very helpful. Gym is great, lots of equipment. Parking easy & plenty of spaces. Exactly what we needed. Will stay again.

Stayed overnight here in an allegedly free upgrade delux king room. It was grotty. Dust everywhere, dirty carpets, bathroom with a floor like an ice rink, damaged dirty bath and paddling around whilst showering and it took over half an hour for shower to drain. The bed was a hazard in itself with stupid oversize corners that smacked you in the shin if you weren't super careful. For the price and what you get we'd rather go elsewhere. Not a patch on the Premier inn! Only plus was Shane on reception who was super friendly

Our arrival to the hotel was much later than expected due to flight and bus delays, so we arrived as the kitchen was closing but Christina in the restaurant and the kitchen staff were exceedingly kind and accommodating and made us feel welcomed and well fed. Christina’s warm hospitality, professionalism and kindness to make sure we had what we needed to be nourished before our next onward journey cannot be overstated. Thank you!!!

The first person we dealt with was Dev. A very polite and helpful man. Just what you need when you arrive somewhere you've never been before and after a long unpleasant journey from up north on a Friday afternoon ! He couldn't do enough to help. Even gave us a room upgrade. Nice touch. Thank you Dev ! Then needed some information about parking. Dealt with Jeanette. Again, super nice and helpful. Thank you both. The room was nice and clean and warm. Perfect for a stay before a long flight. The hotel itself is really nice. We WILL use again when we fly from Heathrow. Fantastic convenient shuttle bus runs from outside the hotel doors. You can either prebook tickets, or just get on and pay by card. £13.60 for 2 to Terminal 5. Different buses for different terminals. Timetable on the concierge desk just on the left through the main doors of the hotel. Really frequent. If you're parking your car for the week. Don't use the short stay ( just past hotel entrance on the left up the side road ) Turn into the first entrance to the hotel, then immediately left up the side of the building. There is paking there on both sides, or follow to rear for huge carpark. There is also a rear entrance to hotel from the carpark. Then follow reception signs. One minor, very minor criticism. In our room, the design of the bed is such. That the base sticks out from the mattress. 90° edges. You WILL catch your shin on it at somepoint. My wife and l did. So be careful if you get up in the night and stumble to the loo. You'll wake up very quickly !! 😁 Also, very conveniently. There is a Macdonalds right next door.

We booked a night at the hotel with parking for our trip to catch a flight from Heathrow .We travelled as a family of four. We will definitely do it again. Rooms are comfortable with good facilities. We were checked in by Dev who was amazing. True credit to the hotel.He noticed we were four and arranged for 2 inter connecting rooms on his own accord. Really made us feel welcome.
