I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. On the second day of our stay, we discovered multiple roaches in our room. The infestation made us feel uncomfortable and unsanitary, and we no longer felt safe staying there. Because of the condition of the room, we had to immediately pack our belongings, check out early, and cut our trip short. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and unfortunately, this property failed to meet that expectation. I would not recommend staying here until the pest issue is properly addressed. We spent time and money on a trip that was ultimately ruined by conditions that should never be acceptable in a hotel.

Convenient to dive shop & staff were very nice

Got charged twice & could not rectify. Booking.com charged, then the hotel charged saying they did not get their money. My statement reflects this.

Pull out sofa mattresd was very uncomfortable and paper thin.

Die Suites müssen einst sehr liebevoll und aufwändig geplant worden sein..und dann scheint etwas passiert zu sein. Besitzerwechsel oder so? Jedenfalls wird nichts mehr gewartet oder gepflegt. Das Personal ist maximal lustlos. In 2,3 Jahren kann man hier nicht mehr hin, wenn das so bleibt. Dann ist es abgewohnt. Die Küche ist minimal, beinhaltet schon unverschämt dürftig ausgestattet. Sehr, sehr schade, denn wie gesagt: eigentlich hochwertig und schön geplant!

Küchenausstattung, abgewohnt, wird nicht gepflegt und in Stand gehalten. Gegenüber gibt es eine sehr laute ( und schmutzige) Bar. Bereits Mittag geht es los mit Musik und abends schon mal gerne bis Mitternacht

Absolutely awful welcome from the staff. So bad that we almost cancelled on the spot! He was genuinely the worst staffer I've ever met at any hotel! He made us feel stupid for turning up there... Then tried to charge us when we had already paid the full amount. After confirming and proving we had paid, he didn't even apologise. We were early for check-in due to bus times and he made us wheel our suitcases to the pool. Honestly left a horrible experience.

Great view, big comfortable rooms.
