Place under reno. I was not made aware of this before hand. Room was good size and clean. However, there was no heat. We attempted to get it on but couldn't. We notified the desk She came up and tried to get heat, and failed. She mumbled something and left. 30 minutes later, I called the desk and was told she couldn't get it on either. Yes....but what are we going to do about it? She replied she would put it in report for the day shift. ok....but what about now? Her reply was good that it was not too cold because she had no other rooms available and that I might could get a discount for the heat in the morning .She then hung up. I had no money available until the next day to get to another hotel,so was pretty much stuck. The night shift clerk apologized over and over and brought me blankets. She offered to try and get us a room at another place. As it was midnight by now and she brought the blankets, and I was exhausted, I told her we'd be ok.

The first room I went in there was only streaming channels on my tv. I moved to another room and there was regular cable channels finally. The toilet seat was a little shaky and leaking a little. Fix the leaking I believe but the toilet it still shook when u got up.. I saw a rosch in the room

The staff was pretty nice

Absolutely nothing in the gym worked and the last morning I definitely saw baby roaches in the bathroom

The hot water wasn't hot at all. I told the lady at the front desk and I wanted a different room but she wouldn't even change my rooms. She said she was gonna have the inspector to check and never saw an inspector.
