Nous avons eu une chambre au 18eme étage avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Neanmoins il n’y avait pas d’eau par manque de pression. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant 24 heures. Le personnel trés aimable et compréhensif nous a finalement changé de chambres.

Foi muito bom, acho que deveriam ter nos avisados sobre a reforma na aérea da piscina, deixando sem uso da mesma. Só fomos informados no hotel, o qual sugeriu que poderíamos usar a do hotel da mesma rede, porém ficava longe.

Excelente recepção, com atendimento cortês e solícito, entretanto, alguns pontos de infraestrutura deixam a desejar: ar condicionado apontado para cima da cama, porta do quarto emperrada, salão de café da manhã muito estreito.
