Disgusting, dirty, unfriendly staff. Amenities suck

The staff was wonderful and kind

The beds were uncomfortable to the point we woke up extremely early due to back and neck pain

Looks nice from outside and in lobby.

The room. It’s in desperate need of a deep clean and repair. The grout in the shower is mildew stained and the shower head was crusty. There were water stains all over the ceiling. The couch had greasy head stains on the fabric. The phone blinked constantly and there was no message to clear to make it stop, so we had to unplug it from the wall. The Breakfast Bistro was closed the next morning. They said they would have coffee; they set out all the stuff to add to your coffee but only had a water dispenser out. For $250 a night, I expected way better.

Ease of check in and people at the desk were nice, access to beach was really nice and convenient

extra daily fee for hotel, little outdated and didn't feel super clean, hotel fridge freezer was a block of ice (needed defrosting), toilet paper holder was ripping out the wall, bedside lamp missing a light bulb, tv not a smart tv so couldn't watch netflix or amazon

close to the beach. the manager tried to help w annoyances.

no carts at checkin staff complained in front of me air- hot in room room smelled horrible room not clean - hair, hand marks blankets and pillows uncomfortable resort fee- for what?! noise ice machine broken no pool towels available
