Hotel Arts Kensington

We a great 3 days at Hotel Arts Kensington. Fab location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and breakfast and dining were delicious.

Dark. Very dark. No air conditioning. They did provide a fan on night #2 Food was great. Bed…way, way, way too soft. If you love a bed that you sink into, you will love it. Staff was great.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the vibrant Kensington neighborhood of Calgary. The rooms are spacious and impeccably furnished. The bathroom is large and beautifully designed. Very homely enviroment

Comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington neighborhood of Calgary, just steps from downtown. Included parking and ample continental breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and booked two rooms at 1126 Memorial Dr. location but the bed quality was poor and beds were too soft. One of us ended up sleeping on a rollaway bed with sofa bed cushions on the top but still didn’t have good sleep during the stay. Hotel staff was not very responsive either. Our “do not disturb” hanger was broken and we asked for a replacement hanger. That door hanger never came after we’ve asked three times and each time there was an excuse. We chose this hotel despite the lack of amenities (ie. Gym, pool, etc) for the comfort and bed quality but were very disappointed. We will not come back again.
