Hotel Arts Kensington

The entry is very tired. The reception was less than welcoming. The room decor is dark and uninviting.

Very nice room and great location Kensington, a very cool neighborhood. And Oxbow was excellent - food and service.

Our Stay at the Kensington Arts Hotel was very relaxing. This small boutique hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the included breakfast was good. Also, you can’t beat the location. Just outside of downtown, nice trails along the river and lots of quaint shops and eateries nearby.

Having spent several visits to this property, the staff is always friendly and accommodating, the rooms are well kept and clean. The location is bar none, with Kensington and downtown a simple Uber away. Free parking!

A nice area of the city. Parking is limited, but if you are flying in it's perfect. The staff is very friendly. It's a small hotel so they have to wear a lot of hats, but I never had problem getting a hold of anyone if I needed something. The window in my room needed a bit of repair, but I brought it to the staffs attention. My only complaint is that the chair for the desk is a little uncomfortable if you are sitting in it for more than 30 minutes. The only hotel I have seen to have a variety of pillows (soft to firm), which I loved, being able to customize my sleep experience. I will very likely be staying here again.

Check in was quick and they upgraded our room. We went for dinner and our server Jonathon was very good at his job and incredibly friendly. We would stay here again.
