"Won’t book her again"

Nothing

The air conditioner didn’t work properly it was hot in one of my rooms. Shower handle didn’t work properly so I had couldn’t take a warm shower. We had 3 families stay in different room and elevators stop working so the pack to next destination was difficult taking down

"Great location poor service"

I liked the location

The elevator was out the whole 3 days I was there. Not once did I get asked if I needed room service or clean towels or trash taken out. The place smelled horrible. The pool never had towels stocked. I paid a good chuck of money and didn't even get clean towels. Will not be staying there again.

Cleaning, front desk, and breakfast staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk lady saw that we were to be in a room near some maintenance work they were doing this week and she moved us to the other building in a first-floor room for easy access in and out. They picked up garbage and replenished the bath towels, etc. every day. Breakfast was good - offered more than just a continental breakfast and they had different varieties of good tea available, which was quite nice! The cleaning people were very friendly and eager to be sure we had what we needed. Fabulous location for our agenda. It would be a very short drive to public beaches for visitors with children.

The room we were in had good beds, but overall, it might be time to do a little updating in the bathroom and flooring in the bedroom. We had some minor electrical and plumbing issues, but they didn't really deter us. The good far outweighed the not so good.

The location was good and the breakfast.

The room smelt bad,bathroom door was broken, there was something going on with the outlets beside the bed they were not working and the switch to turn off a light also caused the fridge to turn off. Beds were hard as a rock. Also the beds and floor felt damp and like the room was full of moisture. I don't think we got what we paid for.
