Nice location and comfortable beds

Elevator broke the 2nd day we were there, I stayed on the 3rd floor and told the front desk that my knee was bad and couldn’t take climbing those steps and I wasn’t even offered to change my room. I was in pain for the rest of the trip because I had to keep climbing stairs and all they kept saying was sorry.

The location was good.

The elevators were not working and they wanted to put us on the 3rd floor. I told them that would not work for us, so she had a room with only 1 bed on the 1st floor, which I agreed to. The room was very small, but it had a frig and microwave. It was clean. It was advertised that there was breakfast but there wasn't. The person checking us in did her best to accommodate us and she was pleasant. However the staff that was there in the morning were not friendly at all and not helpful, one was standing in the doorway to exit the building and never moved, didnt hold the door and seen that I had luggage etc so I had to squeeze thru and around her. Not one person said anything to me and I went thru the front area three times. Noone said good morning, Noone ask how my stay was. Nothing!!

The room was good Breakfast was good

The elevator stopped working we had to walk up one flight of stairs to second floor which was so bad but the door couldn’t be opened we had to wait for someone to come out and hold the door and a towel was put there to keep the door where we could get in each time

Staff was great! The attendant did everything in her power to remedy the situation.

Dead cockroach outside of our room. Bedding was stained and the room had not been swept.
