Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gulf Shores

The stay was good and a great location away from the busyness of town! The check in process was very simply and the staff was super friendly. Our room had everything we needed for our short stay. It was fairly priced for the location and convenience!

I wish there was a little more at the continental breakfast for options but I understand it is a small hotel! I also wish there was a desk in the back building so there would be someone more immediate to assist people in need and it would make me feel more safe coming in at night time.

The property has a good location between Foley and Gulf Shores

The sofa in the room was filthy and have cereal on the floor.

Room wasn't Ready when we Arrived

Had do not disturb card on door and housekeeping still knocked. They took all trash and towels but didn't replace any.

The location was great

The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude not just us, but to the other people she was on her phone constantly during the conversation. The pool is the size of a postage stamp. The bedroom was supposed to have had a couch and a table in it, it didn’t have either one of these just a huge blank space. We would go down to get coffee and they told us we couldn’t have any till 630 that’s when it started and there was no coffee at any other time so we ended up having to go out to get coffee. I was also supposed to have a safe in the room. There wasn’t one. The hallway was dirty. The elevator did not work and we had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs. They finally got it working, but it never came all the way to the floor. It was either above the floor or just below the floor. people checked out above us, and it sounded like a wrestling and running match every single night, and the people checked in next to us and could hear the kids fighting and the parents woke us up at 1 am banging on the door because they locked themselves out. the refrigerator was broken on the door in two spots that was supposed to hold your drinks in it.

this cant be called breakfast this co worker room nothing to eat and coffee water she must use the same falter 10 times
