ibis Brussels Expo-Atomium

Very basic hotel, room was a bit smelly and not that good breakfast...

Was uns nicht gefallen hat war das bei der Buchung stand, dass erst bei Ankunft gezahlt wird, aber als wir einchecken wollten, hatten Sie unberechtigerterweise schon von unserer Karte abgucht. Sowas darf nicht passieren. Gut war die Mehrsprachigkeit und was uns auch nicht gefallen hat, war dass dass Frühstück teuer war.

Clean hotel, well located near highway, and walking distance to the atomium. I d stay in this hotel again. Also helpfull and friendly staff

The staff was super nice and super helpful. But the hotel was dirty. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, their were cigarette burns in the furniture. It just felt old and dated.

Rummet var rent och bra städat. Dålig frukost, inget varmt, äggen var inte kokta. Endast 2 val av bröd.

Muito pratico pela localização , 10 minutos mais ou menos da Expo Arena 5. Quarto para 3 pessoas relativamente grande e bom café da manhã . Funcionários foram atenciosos e pude estacionar em uma de algumas poucas vagas sitiadas ao redor do hotel .

Small but perfectly good value hotel situated a few minutes walk from the Atomium / Brussels Expo. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the quality of the breakfast, although ready prepared due to the buffet being closed for COVID safety, was good. Bed was comfortable and got a good night's rest, followed by a good shower in the morning. Heysel / Heizel Metro station to get to/from the centre of the city is about a 15 minute walk. Simply tap on the barrier with a contactless card to enter the platforms, the ticket machine is only for charging prepaid travel cards and displays conflicting information (there is a sticker on the floor by the entrance detailing the correct procedure without a pre-paid card but it's easy to miss and walk over as you head straight to the ticket machine)

1er nuit très très bruyante voisins anglais non respectueux . Pas de réaction du personnel !!!!
