Accueil très sympathique et personnel très serviable, propreté très bien, lit confortable, petit déjeuner avec du choix et de la qualité, mais il y a aussi des moins comme : chambre double trop petite, vu la matière du sol dans la chambre obligé de gardé ses chaussures, la vue sur les poubelles pas très joli ( il y avait bcp de vent... donc tout était éparpillée...) les deux chaises dans la chambres inutiles car pas confortable et pas de place et notre chambre était en face de l'entrée du 1er étages et à chaque ouverture de celle-ci on l'entendait fortement.

The bedroom was very cold as the heating wasn't working. A small portable heater was included in the room but it was too noisy to keep on. The towels also hadn't been cleaned probably and were still dirty.

Personal war sehr nett, jedoch war leider die Dusche verschimmelt an den Ecken und an der Decke. Außerdem ließ sich die badezimmertür nicht schließen. Durch die geschlossenen Fenster des Balkons zog so viel außenluft, dass man das Gefühl hatte, es wäre das Fenster offen. Die ganze Nacht und am Morgen waren Klopf Geräusche im Flur zu hören

Comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Good food. A good value.

It is OK. The proximity to Brussels Expo is great but the hotel needs to train its new hired people better. I had to ask three times for the in-room coffee station to be cleaned - which was merely replacing the one used cup and replenishing the tea bags etc which is regularly done as part of room cleaning.
