"City stay over"

Convenient location, better after renovations from the previous Holiday Inn. Nice pool and views of Plymouth Hoe. Short walk down to all the nightlife of the Barbican.

Check in - breakfast was pre-booked but they had no record on the booking. Checkout - tried to charge us for the stay but we had already paid via our Booking.com App. Car park has very tight spaces unless you have a small car.

The room size was good, although somewhat tired in decor, the bath was chipped stains on the carpet and sofa. Very comfortable bed.

1 st morning breakfast delivered to the room by a member of staff who obviously didn’t enjoy her job/life. 2nd morning took breakfast on Penthouse restaurant and Well severely disappointed is all I am prepared to say
