Excellent facilities great location

Underground car park challenging for large cars

Quelques petits désagréments ( lavabo bouché ) mais le personnel a très vite reagi

The lovely smell when entering Reception and friendly welcome at the check-in desk. Spacious room with panoramic view and large bed. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Amazing breakfast in the penthouse restaurant. Would most definitely stay here again on any future trip to Plymouth.

The banging and hammering close by the room in the morning although it was after 9.00 am so we understand maintenance must be done some time.

The room was big and had a nice view. I saw the chimney of the distillery from there :) The best location a hotel can have. The left a present and card for me, I celebrated my birthday during this stay. We loved the Restaurant and that view is something not simple. One of the waitresses was super friendly, I think her name is Jess, she served us afternoon tea.

The position of the bath is terrible. It requires an acrobat to get in and out.

We was so impressed with the hotels cleanliness. Infact its the cleanest hotel I've been in! The beds where comfy

We where very shocked by the food . We paid a lot of money for our evening meals and the steak was like rubber i had to leave half . Although she gave me a small discount im shocked . The breakfast is OK but the melon was dry so a few weeks needed

Everything was perfect. Great staff, lovely clean and spacious room. Breakfast superb. Wonderful facilities. Hotel very well placed. Very near the Hoe or a short walk into town or the Barbican. We are planning a 3rd trip in the very near future.

There was nothing to dislike

Building work from 9am while I was trying to work in my room

No noise

Good location was walkable for me from rail station and ferry port, about 15 and 30 minutes respectively. Room was clean ,quiet and comfortable. Staff efficient and friendly.

Bathroom felt a little dated but otherwise very good. No free Tom Jones concert to be heard from sea front this time.
