Ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport

Front desk staff and lady manager were very helpful in finding a room that was easier to use for my disabled wife.

Found this lovely hotel last minute after flying into Gatwick. So close to the airport and so easy to navigate your way here either by the airport shuttle or taxi. Hotel has lovely furnishings and although looks older on the outside, it is ultra modern on the inside. The place is exceptionally clean and the room we had was spacious and the beds comfortable. The gotel has its own restaurant and bar where the food is good and the beer is cold. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. All in all an excellent 2 night stay

Close to the airport good for an early morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable.

We ate in the hotel but service was slow and I received the wrong meal but the bar staff were not interested in trying to correct it and it took along time to get it sorted. In the end I spoke to the chef and he sorted it for me but my husband and I ended up eating separately. There wasn’t enough trained staff to deal with the amount of people.

The hotel has been newly fitted out and the furniture and bathroom fittings in my room were new and to a good standard. My room on the second floor was very quiet, the bed comfortable, the air-conditioning was efficient and much appreciated in the heatwave and the big TV was a bonus. The standard of cleanliness was first-rate. All of the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. The location is also convenient - I relied on the public bus service from Gatwick which stops almost outside the property and runs frequently.

I opened the my door to my room and was almost met by the bed, it was so close to the door. Nice big bed but the room was small. The black wall made tge room pretty dark. I didnt stay long enough to be troubled by it.
