Our flight was cancelled and we were being pulled from pillar to post by Air Mauritius finally arrived at this hotel and Annette & Josh were amazing nobody had communicated with them but they handled the arrival of loads of disgruntled passengers professionally and calmly they are a credit to this hotel which is amazing such a lovely hotel highly recommend for a stay before flight out of Gatwick
