Location with regards access to Gatwick is great. The room was comfortable and well insulated against noise, so had a good night's sleep. Room was clean and well equipped for a night's stay.

"Exceptional service from Annette"

I had a fantastic stay at the ibis Gatwick thanks to Annette. She made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond on several occasions. She even managed to get me gravy for my pie and mash, not something on the menu, and sorted out my corporate rate by reaching out to her manager. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. A real credit to the hotel.

"Good place to stay"

Staying here as the location is great for travel to our training facility. The rooms are very clean however could do with better tea tray facilities, the housekeepers do keep a very high standard. Very relaxing atmosphere, the staff are fantastic and very helpful. I have not used any extra amenities other than the bar however they are offered and seem to be great also. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking in the future.

Amazing stay as always, comfortable bedrooms with an easy commute to the surrounding joys of Crawley! The staff are always warm and inviting, attentive to any needs and able to help with all queries. Dani, Alesio, Little Mo and Neil are stars!!!! Great people, great stay

Great location with a fantastic atmosphere and friendly attentive staff. The rooms are lovely and clean and well kept by housekeeping and extremely comfy. The rooms are also quiet which means a great nights sleep. Great value for money and all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.
