Large room. Friendly staff. Checked us in 1/2 early and front desk was happy to accommodate…vey nice after travelling.

The room needs some deep cleaning…around the sliding door. Back of bathroom door. Some fresh paint on doors & trim would help. No face cloths were provided. For an older room it wasn’t bad but for the price we just thought it would have been renovated. The hall carpet was fairly new but a little faded by the doors perhaps from salt. Front lobby nice but dusty.

I was really expecting it to be a below average hotel stay but it was surprisingly good. Hot shower with good showerhead. Mattress felt brand new and was supper comfortable and best of all the A/C unit was nice and quiet.

Our stay at the hotel was awful! When booking the hotel we were told we could use our visa debit for check in. We arrived and the manager refused to accept the card which was very frustrating. We arrived about a hour and a half after check in and our room was still not ready so we had to wait in the lobby and were offered a warm bottle of water to make up for the wait as if the frustration was not already high enough. Our room had a broken lamp which flickered continuously instead of staying on, both ice machines were broken in the hotel, no breakfast was offered even though it was promoted, and the hotel had uneven halls and walkways with no notice or warnings which were a hazard. We were also promised a giftcard at the end of our stay due to a promotion which we were told would be emailed to us. Gift cards are usually physical. To receive a paper copy of receipts we had to almost plead a case with management and staff. We will NOT be staying at this hotel again. Poor service and poor experience
