Best Western Plus Ottawa Kanata Hotel and Conference Centre

Overall the room was fine. A little bit dated for the price of it. Smell in the hallway and there was broken door window at end of hallway that was just taped up. Parking was tight due to some snow banks still there and not removed yet.

Little outdated but rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location is good

The hotel was dirty, noisy and the heating controls in the room were broken and staff could not fix during the stay and did not offer to relocate us to a proper room. i would not stay here again

close to hospital and has a pool.

Good nights sleep

The pool and exercise room was nice, but was kind of getting musky smell from the carpet in the upstairs area

Was a comfortable and clean 3.5 star hotel. Nothing fancy, you get what was advertised. Good for solo or budget trips where luxury is not a priority.

Avoid this hotel if you can. We were forced to stay here as part of a hockey tournament. The hotel was in a state of disrepair. There was a terrible smell in the common areas and insulation lying around in the stairwell. The room was dirty (hair on sheets) and the shower did not work. The fitness centre is a joke - none of the 3 cardio machines worked and when I told the staff, their response was "Ya, we need to order a new one."
