Nice place, nice pool. Lots of parking and quiet can’t hear anyone when inside your room

This trip was strictly a leisure activity event myself and my wife decided to take our kids on we had a great time enjoying the pool and the view we had agreed it would have been more enjoyable if there was a complimentary breakfast but maybe in due time thanks

Very nice stay. Great restaurant on the premises, helpful and polite staff.

The bed was comfortable

It was run down, the furniture was stained, the bathroom faucet was broken and there was a chirp from the fire alarm going off all night in the room.

Heater very noisy

Booked the jetted tub room on Expedia. Checked in, was given a room, get to it, and no jetted tub. Simple mistake? Nope! The hotel just decided to give the room I booked to someone else! And the front desk seemed like this was normal. I had to get Expedia to call the hotel and cancel the reservation, since the room I had booked "already had people in it" (per the front desk clerk). DO NOT book this hotel if you have any room preferences, since they clearly don't care.

General location was great for our needs. Hotel is run down and rooms need to be updated. Stains on sheets and towels. Room was not cleaned our 2nd night or given clean towels. We were harassed by other guests in the hotel that were addicts being housed there. Hotel should advertise that they house subsidized living. We were afraid to walk down the hall in the lobby to use the washroom. No management on site for 4 days straight to deal with any emergencies. There was a strong smell of smoke in one area. The price of this hotel is not worth what you get, it was absolutely absurd what we were charged for all the issues that arised. We will definately not be returning.
