The room was great however I had to get coffee pods from the front desk. The parking lot was full of large potholes. In general the property is tired.

While the room was clean and comfortable this property is in a poorly maintained condition. Externally it looks like a run down facility, inside is a little better. The front desk lady was lovely but it honestly needs to be updated.

After checking in, room key not working, called receptionist no answer, come down she was talking to strangers, asked why Internet not, why not pick up the phone, busy , with un responsible behavior.

Breakfast was bad since there wasn’t one. No breakfast included. Had been discontinued and the website wasn’t up to date. Unacceptable!!! We were very disappointed as we had a family of 7 and were counting on a decent full breakfast to start our busy days.

Ice machine broken -totally out of service! 1 of 3 electrical Outlets didn’t work Floor lamp broken Not enough light in the room Not enough storage or space in general House keeping often forgot to stock up coffee pods, towels etc. had to request multiple times to get what we needed. Saturday afternoon, the hotel is totally booked They are cleaning the pool. Our boys couldn’t go swimming. We will never stay at a Best Western again. We will also never book through booking.com again either.
