I loved this spot, very relaxing. If you are looking for adventure and energy to expend, this hotel is not for you. Slow pace, time to relax, read a book, and listen to the sound of the waves.

it was beautiful here and relaxing. however, trying to get a cab out was a disaster. they won't let you share a cab with other people. so it's kinda a money grabbing deal and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. that needs to be improved. and maybe they should include breakfast in their deal as there is no where to eat. otherwise it was lovely.

Lovely quiet part of the island

Really appreciated the location (nice and close for a super walk to the beach) and cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, with their big balconies. Take note however, that the separating walls between adjacent rooms are very thin and I'd say the beds are placed head to head on each side of the wall! Very nice dining area, but unfortunately the food is really not good. Luckily there are other places to eat nearby.

I love Sea-U! It's built with whitewashed wood and is quite rustic and in a fabulous location away from the madding crowd. If you like to be at one with nature and love the sight and sound of crashing waves, this is the place for you!

The staff at Sea-u are lovely, extremely helpful and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage safely there whilst we enjoyed our last day on the island. Highly recommended and we would certainly stay there again.

Enjoyed the hotel area and peace and quite after working in Dominica for week. I was weary and needed a rest. Check in and out times were not at all helpful. I actually only had the use of the room for 13 hours, spent the rest of my time waiting for a room and then waiting around out of the room for my taxi time to the airport. This meant I had little time to get around the area.

Fantastic room with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the the beautiful sound of the waves at night. No bugs. We did not eat here for no reason as we walked to the round house or Atlantis for a bite and we had brought food in as there is a refrigerator and coffee maker. Tidal pools are so relaxing. Local,people friendly and fun. Safe and great internet. No tv. Who cared. Ocean sounds.

My husband & I decided to stay here after seeing the review & photos on Expedia. The room we had was clean and comfortable, except that we could not sleep at all the 1st night as it was extremely hot with no ventilation. There was no AC or fan in our room. We were told that there is a breeze from the ocean but strangely, not that 1st night. We requested for a fan and the hotel staff sent one right away. The lights in the bathroom was also too dim for me. Now the good points.. the ambiance of the hotel was great. It's facing the ocean and you can hear the roar of the waves. There are many coconut trees & hammocks on the grounds which was lovely. They also have a huge balcony with sofa chairs which was great for just relaxing outside our room. I had a massage on the balcony- awesome! The food (breakfast & dinner) had limited choices but tasty and had a lot of local flavor. We enjoyed chatting with other guests. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay at a guest-house with character if you're exploring the more remote east coast of Barbados.

Pick-up and check-in went smoothly. We arrived after the office was closed, but a security guard gave us a quick tour and let us into our room. No hassles. Breakfast was simple yet filling. View of the surf was nice, a beach was within walking distance.
