Area pretty convenient, Walmart is very close by, Interstate is just a block away, ARCO fuel station is affordable. Staff is very friendly.

When I arrived, I was informed by the lady at the front desk that there were no rooms available, despite booking the room days before and having a confirmation number. The lady blamed booking.com saying....the site over books and relies on cancelllations. Rarher than help find availability at a different ESA, the lady simply said to call booking.com and cancel the reservation. Worst service ever by Extended Stay America and booking.com!

The location was close to an event. But when I walked in the lobby it had a stitch of old smoke. We asked to used the restroom while waiting to check in. Front desk said no public restroom. We were guest at this point.

We were guest at this point. The room had no toiletries. The tub had a ring of old dirt and the faucet was leaky with timescale that had not been cleaned. We booked a room with a kitchenette. But nothing was included. Found something said to call front desk to have utensils delivered. That was not the case. She said that she would put together what she could find and to come down in 20 min. They allow pets and the dog barked for an hour. Trash and dirty linen were always in the lobby and the elevators had water on the floor 2 days of our stay.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was not too loud. Convenient location near the freeway and shipping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fridge worked very well.

The shower did not work very well. There was almost no water pressure. It did get hot but not much water came out. Would be convenient to have a shower head you can take off to use. Some of the outlets were loose. Our coffee pot leaked when used. Room was supposed to have ice trays but didn't.
