Great hotel for exploring Rouen. 10 minute walk to cathedral and medieval centre. Breakfast was good but very expensive so would recommend breakfast at one of many cafes serving it.

Room had recently been updated and had everything well laid out, and in particular there was shelf space in the bathroom to make it very practical. A hotel with somewhere to park near the centre of Rouen.

Marisol gave us outstanding service after arriving at the hotel only to find that I had booked for 2020 by mistake. She sorted everything out and managed to change the booking. Thank you so much. The restaurant, bar, all staff are so pleasant and helpful. Exceptional.
