Not blown away. Lobby/reception being refurbished and badly needed. Location was OK but quite a distance from the old town. Wouldn't stay again.

Disappointed that we arrived and building works being carried out. Upon arrival a notice was on site stated that from 10 - 5 it would be noise, however we were not able to stay in the hotel due to this.

Some of the towels smelt a bit funny, and the restaurant was partly a building site - this wasn't made clear when we booked. The staff we really helpful and check in at 23.30 was rapid.

only short walks to Naussica Aquarium and the lovely old town, Staff very welcoming with very good english and great sense of humour. on site parking a bonus. Room was very clean,lovely bathroom though lighting a bit dim.Bed very comfortable and several English tv channels available.Good choice at the breakfast buffet

I regularly use Ibis hotel and this one is one of the best. The rooms have been recently decorated, simple dining is possible, there is on-site parking (pay extra 8 euros a night), a bar, a lounge area and walkable access to the shops and restaurants of Boulogne. New Smart TV in bedrooms with 4 or 5 UK channels. Cheerful, efficient and helpful staff. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boulogne.

The hotel is located conveniently to the various downtown areas, yet far enough away to be quiet. My only complaint was that the rooms were a bit too warm, even with the heat turned off. I slept with the window cracked open, which was fine since the area was very quiet at night.

Pleasant staff at check in and a newly refurbished room. The hotel is within walking distance of the shopping area and is attached to a shopping centre.

Now very tired, though the man on reception told us there is about to be a major refurbishment. Bedroom very small, two different-coloured curtains had been stitched together to make one! Old enamel bath had a big chunk missing. Breakfast buffet had less choice than in the past.

We have used this hotel many times for a cheap weekend in Boulogne. The location is great, the rooms a little on the small side but very clean and the beds are so comfortable.
