Excellent setting for a conference. The spaces were comfortable and clean, the renovation work they've done is apparent. The guest room I had was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and available when needed. Will definitely be staying again.

Venue is significantly updated with flooring, rooms and painting all recently updated. The indoor pool is open, gym was great and the #NPWeek @VNPA annual Conference was well done. Looking forward to returning for the conference next year and booking extra nights to bookend the conference.

Very comfortable and clean! Excellent staff who were very accommodating. Came here for a conference and I am looking forward to returning again next year!

Outdated decor, horrible bed, our door did not lock.

We renamed this S**t inn! It only has one star as that’s the lowest I could give it, I’d give it 1/2 for the breakfast. The room stunk of urine, it wasn’t clean I hate to think what was in the carpet. When checking in the man said he thought it would be a good idea to be rn it down!! Unfortunately Stowe was so busy there was nowhere else available to stay, the bed was ok, sheets were not white more grey, I couldn’t bring myself to undress!! We left as early as we could in the morning, breakfast was provided very basic bagels and coffee a few pastries definitely the highlight of the night, trouble was there were no tables to sit and eat it! We mentioned that it was dirty and in dire need of updating and the lady said “ yes lots of our guests say that”!!!!!! Awful

This is hands down the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We wanted to spend a relaxing night at Stoweflake - we were not prepared for what we were about to experience: - The communal areas were filthy. We sat down whilst waiting for our room to be ready and found the same filth still there the next day. - We found multiple wasps in our room, both alive and dead. They sat inside of our folded towels, causing a safety hazard as we could have been stung. When I mentioned it during checkout, the staff didn’t seem surprised and simply said that they tend to come inside during colder months - dirt and other random insects underneath the bed - water in the shower only lukewarm - the flooring in our room completely falling apart, pieces of it moving when we stepped on them - a random desk chair was placed in our room instead of an actual chair, and its condition was absolutely atrocious, the leather ripped of. I’m sharing photos because you wouldn’t believe how bad it was. I complained via email after and never heard back, despite following up to two of their email addresses.
