We loved it! Will definitely stay again! Kids loved the pool! Restaurant food is really good!

The property is ok. Clean and relaxing. The staff, however, was disappointing. They lacked information on the tours they promote in their lobby. They don’t welcome you politely. And the restaurant staff tried to overcharge me on two beverages since I was using the complimentary $10 they offer. We left behind a valuable item, we called to ask them about it, they told us they’d call us back and never did. I drove 3 hours to search for it, arrived at midnight, asked for a room to stay in, and was told no. Even though I saw plenty of rooms available. Never again. The property is ok. But the experience is terrible.

The hotel is nice and big but there are few points that were not great, the road to the hotel is rugged and dark, walking at night is a challenge, the rooms are spacious but the air conditioning is weak and the bathroom is a bit outdated The breakfast was ok, nothing special and we had a problem with the Internet in the first night due to cable issue Overall good hotel for a couple of nights

Nice hotel and good value for money. Decent pool area. Monkeys and iguanas onsite. Great restaurant for an evening meal but breakfast wasn't good (cold and not much choice). Receptionist on our first day was quite grumpy and we felt a nuisance.

It was clean, a bit off the beaten path, but still close to everything.

Very quiet & secluded. It takes effort to get there. Rooms are far from parking. Internet is non-existent in the back of property but excellent in the restaurant. pool is fantastic. Staff was great as well!

Beds are extremely worn and only the springs are left.
