Great pool, great staff

Property was very nice. Pool was great. Rooms had lovely air conditioning. Breakfast was a plus. Coffee was only so so. There was one manager or employee in the dining/bar area that was not helpful, boarding on rude. He was older with glasses. We were a party of 6 and my sons girlfriend was the only person who was asked for her room number at the buffet. Mind you we had been there 3 days already. One evening she went to the bar to get a water and he wouldn’t sell it to her. Not sure what his problem was but it needs to be addressed. We understand basic Spanish but he would only say “No”. If I had heard about it at the time I would have spoken to the front desk myself.

Everything was excellent, I have no complaints.

Its as if the people in customer service never interacted with a guest before. Stunned by the way we were treated, as if we were an inconvinience.

Super nice facilities away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to town & beach. Very friendly staff.

The hotel staff is not helpful - the room was not clean, the bed sheets were dirty, the A/C did not work, the wifi did not work, and the staff was not helpful at all to fix the issues in our room.

We liked the place. Very nice place to stay.

Rooms are far away from parking.

Everything we needed. Great staff. Awesome time!
