Holiday Inn London - Shepperton by IHG

Amazing place not bad has a small gym with sauna and steam room. Staff are quite helpful and good. Close to a lot of attractive places For children like Legoland etc

Eighty-five of us started the evening in the beautifully decorated Storyboard bar area with a glass or two chilled Prosecco and very tasty canapés. Some wanted something different and the fully stocked bar staff were there to set the mood right. Then they proceeded into the perfect Christmassy setting of the magnificent banquet hall where a delicious three-course festive meal was served. Very impressive service from the two chefs, kitchen and serving staff. The hotel GM and a few senior managers were also at hand to support where help was needed for a smoother run of the service. All the meals were served to each table on time, hot and together. Which is very rare at larger gatherings. The hotel recommended DJ kept us rocking until the early hours with a great selection of music. Fair to mention the two waiting staff – Laura and Barbara, who went out of their way to attend to special requests from a few guests. Importantly, two security personnel were present right throughout the evening to ensure the safety of the guests coming from and to the large car park within the well-lit hotel grounds. Not forgetting we had free parking too. Brilliant work, Hi Shepperton. I am in the process of securing a date for 2026 P-A-R-T-Y.

Stayed here for 2 night trip to access central London . Very comfortable & spotless. The food in the restaurant was good. Julie the waitress in the restaurant was great & looked after the customers.

The staff at Reception, helping carry bags to the room and at Breakfast were all brilliant. Attentive, friendly, helpful, engaging, accommodating and professional. Even checking in late in the evening because of attending an event at Sandown Park …Reception Staff were on hand. A special thank you to staff members Bella and Georgon. Thank you all.

Lovely hotel with all modern conveniences, and comfortable beds. Breakfast and evening meal buffet style and very tasty with plenty of choice, the lasagne and beef stew particularly good congrats to the chef. Table service friendly and efficient, Julie particularly happy and helpful, and such a cheerful lady at all our meals and through the bar

I am delighted to report a super group tour this weekend. Chef pulled off good eadible food everyone enjoyed. Julie our waitress amazing as always, a smile, nothing too much and great to see someone enjoying and embracing their job. Thankyou you have made my job a breeze this weekend too. 🙂

We are staying here at the moment as always hotel lovely rooms clean and well stocked with tea and coffee, even though last night dinner was rather chaotic with only 1 member of staff working a lovely boy who had to man both restaurant and bar and did this all to the best of his ability, plus would like too mention Paula in the breakfast sitting what a hard worker also very professional, even when she is busy she always finds time to come and chat to us which goes a long way. But a big disappointment was that the pool was closed and was not informed beforehand, and this is one of the things we come here for.

We have used hotel on many occasions. This time we had arranged to meet more family at the hotel. The staff helped and supported me throughout our booking and organising food for our event. Everything was fantastic and l can't that the staff for there help nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the hotel for location and all staff made made us feel so welcome

Had a extremely pleasent stay at the Holiday Inn at Shepperton, checking in was quick and professional and the front of house Mr Ishak was very welcoming. The facilities are excellent and after a long drive the use of the pool and Spa facilities are a welcome bonus that i used. The bar staff are friendly and the restuarant service is spot on, your food is always served quickly and the menu is good and reasonably priced. The rooms are large and nicely themed with links to Shepperton Studio and have a decent shower which is always important to me as well as a large modern TV Shepperton Holiday Inn is a great location for me when having meetings in London and around the Surrey area.
