"New mattress needed!"

The staff was nice and friendly. The room decor was dated but clean. However, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows lumpy. My wife and I had sore necks and backs all day. Hilton needs to toss the old mattress and get a new one. Normally we love staying at a Hilton hotel, but not this one.

"Hotel near the outlet mall"

The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the outlet mall. I had requested non-feather pillows through the Honors app, but they weren’t in the room upon arrival. The front desk staff was able to deliver them within 30 minutes. Had a light dinner at the restaurant, but the food was underwhelming.
