"Needs improvement"

The location is nice as well as the room

I didn't like the fact that there was no tea,coffee, and sugar so we can have hot beverage. Also I didn't like the fact that in the bathroom there was no shower gel,lotion and conditioner to use.

The wait to be checked in not good at all after driving from CT it was not nice to wait till after 3pm to check in

Had to pay a full deposit after u book . Nothing was told prior, no soap, no tea coffee,. Lots of small cocroaches
