Awful place. Was not told prior to booking that they were renovating. Nor were we told at check in. We were stuck on the third floor. Mud and dust were everywhere Friday at check-in but figured would be cleaned up as soon as workers were done. Nope. Same mud and dirt were still in the hall way and elevator when we checked out Sunday. Never saw anyone at the front desk to see about getting another room after check in Friday. Matter of fact saw no one at the front desk until check out Sunday. And talk about a bitter employee. My husband asked for hotel contact information and was told just look on line and get it. Never had such a bad experience. Room was dated but that was fine. Problem was they had put in a new shower/tub unit but nobody bothered to clean up the sheetrock dust from the baseboards or even the bathroom countertop. I had to wipe off the bathroom door handle because it had dried stuff on it. Also no do not disturb sign but figured hey it's COVID time and they are eco friendly so left medication and supplements out along with clothes on the bed thinking no one would enter from house keeping. Nope was wrong. Things were moved to make the bed and I assumed dust the area with my medicine. Towels changed out and some bedding and a few pillows removed from the room... There's so much more but I will stop now

Filthy and the windows are a joke and the room smelled like those thing they give you at a car wash to try to cover the smell of the interior of a car.

This place needs some serious love concerning the little things. Lamps had electrical plugs that didn’t work, Fridge didn’t keep our food cold, carpet needs professionally cleaned. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and staff was super nice.
