Hotel was not clean. The walls could use a good scrub down. The floors need a deep clean especially around the edges of the walls. Breakfast was a bagged breakfast because of COVID (which is fine) but all it had was a bottle of water, a fruit cup, and a cookie.

Instead of Queen beds they were twin beds, very dirty, WiFi didn’t work, no breakfast, telephones in the room didn’t work, no pool 2 days into the fall season....

Room we were in had a clean bathroom, but rug on floor had stain and an area with some sticky substance. It would almost glue foot to floor. Bag breakfast was not to my liking (muffin, water, small fruit bowl.) Bedding on beds did not look like they had been changed lately!
