Comfort Inn & Suites River City Decatur

The carpet, sheets, and pillows all felt wet. unsure if it was recent cleaning or high humidity. uncomfortable though.

room was pretty clean and descent. The hallway and base of the doors in the hallway were nasty. There was no real breakfast as advertised. There was construction going on somewhere in the building a sign stated.

If.we did not have to stay somewhere when our home was renovated, we would have left after walking around the corner to the elevator. The lobby is renovated, but nothing else. The carpet was black from stains, the elevator smelled so terrible like BO and cigarettes. The room linens were stained and gross. The bathroom was old but clean...thank goodness. I bought sheets and towels from walmart to use. Please remove this property from the expedia list. The staff was so unhappy to be there, they were rude. There was some sort of commotion about locals crashing the pool and no one kicked them off the property. We almost called 911. We left for another hotel as soon as the booking was over. Baymont should not have their name on this property until it is fully renovated.

When we checked in our neighbors was noisy and they upgraded us to a different room they was very helpful and friendly

I booked my room for my family .we are homeless.so the first time needing a HOtel I go to Baymont and get the worse experience ever they came and knocked on the door and the employee that checked me in said we have to have you leave our premises and I ask why she said is Mr echols in here I said yes that's my fiance.which he couldn't get in so he had to walk to the front desk . Right before we got the room he tried to get a room in my cousin rewards points. Since the cousin is banded from the property and we new nothing about. They deny his stay . We stay out side in the parking lot and I try and get the discount in my name 1st time ever sign up . So it was still a low rate . I go in pay for room in my name we have the room a few hours . She puts us out homeless and carless after she took my money off my card leaving us no where go . Claims my money was on my card because she didn't book us in on reservation

The hallways were very dirtt. All of the doors were dirty and scuffed. Carpets soiled.

Ok place to stay

Loved the look of the Hotel. Didn't like that we couldn't close the curtains.

The woman at the front desk was very rude at check in. The tv in our room was fussy and had lines running through it. Will definitely not stay here again.
