Great location, so close to 5th avenue and the Cozumel ferry. Comfortable rooms, good food, attentive staff.

Service is Fantastic. Weather is great rooms are always cleaned and stocked mini fridge. Food is outstanding. Silvia at the pool bar/restaurant is the best.

We had the best dinner at Madre Mia and our server Ivan was fantastic. He was very helpful with gluten free options as well. Would recommend.

Sylvia at the pool has been a highlight of our trip, she is so sweet and I wish we could take her home with us! Our whole stay here has been incredible!

Absolutely fabulous! Great location, next to ferry terminal for a day at Cozumel & walking distance to 5th Ave. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Kudos to our waiters Oscar, Karla, Alfredo, Rodrigo, Manuel, Deicer, Abner, Brenda and many more whose names I can’t recall. Our Diamond Concierge pool amigos took amazing care of us, thank you, Ignacio and Marvin for making us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a fabulous wine tasting with Antonio that was paired with small plates and absolutely worth the resort credits. Madre Mia is a fun restaurant/bar. Herlin had our wine and champagne ready for us when we sat down for dinner. Don’t miss the Italian Teppanyaki private dinner with the Chef..delicioso! We had two massages at the spa with Gabriella and Paulina. We both agreed they were the best massages we ever had! And a final big thank you to our Diamond Concierge, Dalia, who made it all happen! We will definitely return to Playacar Palace! One of Mexico’s finest resorts!!

Excelente experiencia en Momo en Playacar Palace. La comida fue es deliciosa, tiene variedad par escoger y la atención del equipo fue top class - Miguel nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos y nos atendió con un servicio de primera.

The entertainment has been absolutely phenomenal!! From my experience, both the Fire and Water shows sre unique to this location and are worthy of the visit! It has been a wonderful visit!
