Playacar Palace - All Inclusive

Maten och det nya rummet vi fick efter att vi klagat.

Hotellet är slitet och utan charm. Det finns ingen mysig bar utomhus att sitta på kvällen. Det saknas strand framför hotellet (vilket finns på bilder). Badkar i rummet är i vägen och totalt smaklöst.

I had a wonderful time hanging out and eating at the pool lounge area. Every server has been extremely diligent and attentive. Silvia was our server several times and she was wonderful every single time. Give this women a raise por favor!!! She deserves it.

This all-inclusive resort truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring at every turn. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and it never felt forced or scripted. The resort itself was beautiful and spotless, with amazing food options, relaxing pool, Pablo the pool waiter and Leticia in the lobby bar went above and beyond our expectations. Activities for every mood. Everything was seamless and stress-free, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the experience. This was easily one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

Leticia was an excellent server in the Playa Del Carmen Palace resort. Very wonderful, charming, and on top of the service. Always a wonderful experience with her!

We returned to Playacar Palace for the second year and had a wonderful experience. The staff is outstanding, always very friendly including Leticia, Daphne, Roberto and others.

We stayed here after a 10 night stay at the Grand, and did a 4 night stay at Playacar Palace. One room was a walk out suite, while the other was a beautiful balcony view in the middle of the hotel. We loved our stay - the service was absolutely top quality. It was such a breath of relaxing fresh air. The staff wanted to get to know you, and make you stay one to remember. We enjoyed walking the beach, and explored downtown Playa Del Carmen. We day tripped to Cozumel Palace & toured the island on a day trip! We had a great relaxing stay, and enjoyed the food Playacar Palace had to offer!
