Playacar Palace - All Inclusive

Top notch service! The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, but it’s the people that really make it a wonderful experience. Fernando, Guillermo, Bryan, Sotero, and Chief Victor gave our family a special seafood dinner we will never forget.

Playacar was wonderful. Family vacation. While the weather did not fully cooperate, the staff made the stay very pleasant. Especially Chef Victor and the staff at Cafe Del Mar, Fernando, Bryan, Sotero, Guillermo, and Manuela. The lay place staff was great too. Walkout room was worth the price. Sorry for the pic of the half eaten parrillada.

Loved the hotel. The staff was great! Fernando, Brayan, Guillermo and Manuela and Sotero were great! The service at Cafe De Mar was awesome. The food was great and the servers listed above went out of their way to take care of us every day! We will definitely be coming back. Our daughters loved the play room (Marta and Yarely) played with them and helped them make crafts. So happy with our experience here.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, cada persona del Palace fue amable y cordial con nosotros. Destacamos la atención de cada uno, de Wilfredo que resolvió nuestras dudas, Sara que nos atendió cuando llegamos y nos fuimos, Pamela y Valentin en la pileta, Dani con las actividades y entretenimientos, los camareros todos espectaculares! Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. El buffet riquísimo, todas las comidas nuevas propuestas, riquísimo y variado. LA ubicación fantástica!

Lo único que no nos agradó fueron las camas que agregaron a la habitación para las menores, eran algo incómodas. Al ocupar espacio en el dormitorio quedaba todo bastante ajustado. Pero la habitación era preciosa!

Excelente la calidad de los alimentos. La posibilidad de elegir opciones de restaurant todas las noches. Las instalaciones
