The hallways had a smell. The tv’s are very old and bad quality. The bed is not comfortable

It was horrible!! Starting off, coming in my room everything is old and outdated. I noticed as it’s a kitchen in our room but no dishes, I went to asked about and was told they only have one pot and everyone is sharing that so would have to wait until the AM. This is coming from the lady who checked us in. I end up going back down stairs 30 mins later to ask about ice, no ice machine and it’s a different staff. I asked him about a pot and dishes he gave me a container with dishes and a pot and I told him what just happened with the lady worker, his excuse was she have worked a 16 hrs shift, so she just lied in my face!! Half of the dishes are dirty when I’m trying to make food. I’m sitting down in the chair and started to smell a dog all in the room, guest without a pet should not be placed in a room where there are dogs staying in the same room!! It smelled horrible!! The bathroom tub was so dirty and the tile on the tub wall dirty!! I still can’t believe how this hotel was so disgusting, I felt like I stayed at a dirty motel!! I will never ever be back!! They need to be investigated and closed down!!!

I like the kitchenette.

No handicap bars in the bathroom.

Location

The floor in my room was broken in spots...advertised free breakfast when it was actually only free coffee and muffins. The hallway to my room smelled like dog urine and feces i complained multiple times and they didn't address the issues. They are overpriced for what you get
