"Roach Motel"

Staff was nice. No issues with staff...very courteous.

Roach infestation! Roaches in the bathroom and a bunch in the kitchen as well.It made sleeping uncomfortable.There is also a very unpleasant musky odor. Also the lamp next to the bed had a shoddy looking duct tape repair job with wires leaning on the mattress like a fire hazard.

weird-looking bugs appeared not even 24 hours into our stay, refrigerator was not working and neither was one of the stoves. the window couldn’t open- breakfast is nothing more than muffins and granola bars

Location was fine and the staff were polite

The hotel had bugs and mini cock roaches. They were having it sprayed by a professional and people were leaving. My partner woke up with a rash too. Unacceptable. I left immediately after 1 night. I found out about the bugs the next day. I booked somewhere else and got a refund.
