The front desk staff was friendly

I complained multiple times about the hallway outside my room smelling like dog urine and feces. The room across from me room 301 has dog that barks all day and night and the front desk said they would "look into it" they never did. I have respiratory issues and the smell of the urine and feces is so strong it aggravated my respiratory issues. I tried contacting the guest in the room to no avail. I have been staying at this location for 2 weeks and none of my complaints have been addressed. I plan on contacting the Bettet Business Bureau about the issues since nobody on site addressed the issues.

I loved the atmosphere, the staff were super nice and pleasant.

My tub was a little rough looking but it was okay.

I didn't like anything if you were to go down stairs where the vending machine was you was told by the desk to go back to your room even if it was 10:00 a.m in the morning

You was bullied by other guests that lived there and the front desk won't do anything about it they let it happen

Bed is uncomfortable all you feel is plastic bag cover too hard. Roaches in the room,
