"Excellent"

Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. Rooms were really nice and comfortable.

Breakfast was very limited and not very good. Neighborhood wasn't scary but not the best.

It was okay. Carl the front desk clerk was amazing. Very friendly and quick. The rooms were okay but could use a better cleaning and updating. Looks like they tried to renovate but fell a little short. Is okay for a quick overnight but not the most desirable place to stay.

The man at the front desk was rude, took 3 trips down to front desk to get a working card for one of our 2 rooms. The facility DIDN'T look anything like advertised, much older and not as clean. I went to use a wash cloth and it had a big curly hair in it. Disgusting.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable

Had difficulty checking in. First attempt at 7pm no front desk clerk. No one answered the phone the number I called. Waited 15 minutes, no answer. At 10pm same result, no desk clerk. On the fifth call a girl answered the phone and came to desk a few minutes later. I booked a three night stay. On the second day I was not able to get into the room. Had to obtain a new key. Questionable activity in the parking lot.

"Exceptional"

Very outdated hotel and needs major repair in many areas. As in walls, general maintenance, door frames etc. We had graffiti behind our bathroom door. Hot tub was not working at all, and they had a permanent sign at the check in desk that states the hot tub is not working. Makes a person wonder when did it work if ever?. The pool was old and not kept up. Very disappointed.
