Dump. Windows boarded up. Trash everywhere. Stunk

The hotel room was OK, but the parking lot might be improved, and I didn't feel safe in the the area.

The pictures do not tell a true story. Booked the room for 4 nights prepaid bought insurance because we didn’t know the motel. It was dirty and the pictures didn’t tell a truthful picture ended up leaving. Requested funds back and we were denied and they kept the funds even though we were not satisfied. We left and stayed with friends.

The lady in the room cleaning service was so active and nice.

The person at the reception working after the manager is so rude, he has closed the break room to us; they always use the time excuse for not letting us get something in the kitchen.

Hotels.com booked us cheaper than my Wyndham Rewards Account/App. Bummer of a weekend !Unfortunately, that was a 'triple digit temp- heat advisory' weekend causing numerous water puddles from the AC units. The lobby had large puddles and bugs (live and not) when I arrived at 230pm waiting for check in. The hotel needs work/ renovated/ updates but it was tolerable as always. The pool floor had pieces of the ceiling and or chipped off pool bottom that hurt my friends foot followed by both of my feet numerous times. No towel station or anything convenient/useful existed. Chunks of hair covered the floor near one seating space, dirty used towels and misc debris claimed the others. The pool ladder is extremely loose and dangerous! I learned that the hard way. The elevator was jumpy and didn't feel safe. Room 201 had a weird gross smell soon as you walked in. Wet towels that turned brown, bunched up near the AC unit that leaked water continuously, soaking the carpet along that half of the room. Assuming that's where the smell came from, and the heat, I only made one complaint about it. We were given 8 extra towels to use on the carpet.. which were no use. Nobody even checked it out or seemed to care. The wifi wouldn't work with my friends device. The bed, bedding, dangerous outlets, toilet seat, towels in bathroom, guest toiletries, etc were all displeasing. Hotel safety/security was awful. We were approached outside by a female carrying bags late one night after she first yelled and argued with the air about the pathetic flowers planted in the cement/side walk. She asked us for drugs as she plopped herself down in front of us, continuing to HOLD FULL CONVERSATIONS with herself using different names and voices.... I felt sorry for her and offered her a cig or a drink but she began saying things that made us grow increasingly uncomfortable so we wished her well and walked away trying to shut the door near the pool before she was able to follow us or do any harm other than cuss us out.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was minimal. A Hostess pastry or make-your-own waffle. Our wall mount TV didn't work and every day they assured us it would be fixed. We were without a TV until the third night when they brought in another TV and set it on the desk.

I like that. Chet up front upgraded us.

Well we normally stay at microtel inn but unfortunately this stay was not what we expected. Our couch smelt like urine, the hot tub was not working, and the breakfast wasn't like we normally get. It was very minimal. We were very unsatisfied with our stay.

Loved that it was right off of 27th. Convenient and easy to get to. For some reaon, this morning, our door would not shut properly.
