The breakfast is good. the ongoing construction in the hotel affecting the comfort and maybe the variety of choices presented

it was dusty and noisy because of ongoing contraction. This was not the case with my previous stay

Location is good, but they don't offer tea coffee in the room, also my laundry was delayed, room telephone was not working therefore I have to go to reception for any requirements. Breakfast was good. But the staff was cooperative. And room also cleaned.

Poor security - allowed a man to dragged into hotel foyer and beaten in front of guest having dinner, leaving blood all over the floor. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, internet in general extremely slow. Staff are more concerned chatting to each other and on their mobile phones than serving guests

The hotel was great but some amenities there are not working well I will rate it 6/10 I believe they can do better.

The positive:the rooms are functionnal, good bedding, crisp air con, WIFI working, hotel is tidy. Room for improvement: The restaurant and bar: food is average at best. severla items are running out and are not available( ie : draught beer on a saturday evening- sliced bread on a thursday @20:30 depsite the restaurant advertising promotions on sandwiches). My biggest issue was with Breakfast: coffee machines ( both) out of order on a few occasions- shortage of juice- stale pastry on a sunday morning(!??). Room cleanlyness: small details such as water marks on the balck painted door of the bathroom ( not a train smash- it just gives a negative impression). Overall an ok business hotel on a budget, nicely located in the cneter of Abidjan.

Check-in at the reception took over 20 minutes. We had booked a standard twin room. They gave us a room with a small queen bed. We told them that the hotel had confirmed two separate beds - but the unhelpful receptionist just dismissed us. The room was small and claustrophobic. It had a small window and was Cluttered with unnecessary racks. Only one small bottle of water was given for the two of us. The intercom did not work. The pillows were so thick that it was impossible to use them. No toiletries in the bathroom. We spent two uncomfortable nights at this hotel.

The pictures do not reflect reality on the ground. room had a foul odor. no bellman to carry luggage upstairs. spraying room with disinfectant spray did not help with odor so ended up switching hotels

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay; Internet worked reasonably well, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was alright too.I loved the facts that there is plenty of fruits and vegetables served all meals! The lift has a permanent fault where it stop automatically going down on the first floor ALL the time. This little annoyance ought to be repaired.
