The whole experience colleague breathcase was tempered and he lost his trousers and belt with money in his pocket We left without any answer eventhough it was reported to the manager.

The property is really good, beautiful designs, clean and really friendly staff. The staff went above and beyond and we want to thank all, especially Naky, for making our stay at Ibis a great experience.

I booked this hotel for the only reason that it is in walking distance to the headquarters of my workplace, whereto I had to undertake a business trip.

There was no WiFi. I don't mean to say "The WiFi was bad" or "The WiFi was sometimes not available". I mean it when I say "I had no WiFi during my entire stay". Staff were friendly, acknowledged that they have a serious WiFi problem, but were incapable of remedying the problem in whatever way, although I signalled the problem to them every day. As a result, I had to stay at the office until midnight each day. The price of the hotel includes "free WiFi on the entire premises", which was not delivered. They refused to reimburse part of the cost. Apart from the non-existing WiFi, the room I got (306) was tiny.

Overall, The Hotel is fair but not good enough. The rooms have AC that can hardly be adjusted. There was no internet in the room and when I sat out in the restaurant, the staff told I must eat. Honestly, why not allow a resident sit in the restaurant area when there is no internet in the room? The staff were rude in handing this matter.

My name didn't appear on the list to have breakfast despite having paid the full amount .when I enquired I was told that Booking.com did not indicate that I can have breakfast. I have been using Booking .com to book for hotels and never experienced this. It was rather dissapointing and I think the best way is to cease membership.
