The fact that you do not have a universal socket that can allow different types of plug types and customers are forced to buy one. this is not good for the hospitality business, your customers should be comfortable. we used a different hotel before moving to Ibis it was almost a regret that we did, the other hotel was much cheaper and had complementary items in the accommodation readily available from toothbrush to combs amongst others

Un bon expérience, le personnel ce sont très jolis et très attentifs. J’ai aimé mon temp en ibis plateau. The food was really good, I could have a taste of the Ivorian cuisine, and I have to say that it is one of the best I’ve ever had. Really grateful with the personnel. Beautiful people.

The location is definitely a plus if you’re looking for a quiet area away from the city’s hustle and bustle—perfect for business travelers seeking some peace. However, my room was disappointingly dark, with only a small window letting in minimal natural light. It made the space feel a bit gloomy, which was not ideal after a long day of work. While the prices are on par with international standards, I felt the overall quality didn’t quite match up. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, which I appreciated, but the facilities could use some attention. The lifts were unreliable during my stay, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Breakfast was just okay. There was a reasonable selection early on, but if you arrive towards the end of the service, don’t expect much to be left. Overall, it’s a functional option if you need to be in the business district, but there are areas that could be improved to better justify the price.

The staff were really friendly

There was a water issue. The entire Sunday the hotel had no water and also turns out my room was not getting water. The aircon was also not working well - it didn’t cool the room which was extremely musty I alerted the staff on this but didn’t get a room change

The check in was seamless abd easy. The room was clean and cleaned all the time. Although there were no amenities like tea pot and tea. But everything from the food to the ambience to the staff reponse was on point. They were very couteous and friendly. And very support . In gneral the entire experince was superlative. Excellent.
