The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

It is our first time in Puerto Vallarta, we did the bike tour with Okimy and we had a great time! He showed us a lot of great spots near the hotel and in the marina and it was a great tour to start off the trip. He took pictures for us and gave us some restaurant recommendations so highly recommend doing the tour with him! The resort is great and has everything you need and more!

It was a nice place to stay, would definitely recommend the swim up room. You do have to book your own airport transfers even though it’s close.

They moved me out of the hotel for 1 day to due to rooms being fixed

First I'd like to thank all the staff, specifically Okimy from activities, Natalie the night manager, and Isabel, Carlos, Angel, and Kevin the bar and wait staff for my making my birthday trip so wonderful. When I arrived I wasn't sure if I would enjoy myself. The hotel was under construction, and with it being the rainy season, the resort was virtually empty, but i had an AMAZING experience. Yes there was a littls construction noise during the day, but when i was on the beach lounging in my cabana, i was treated like royalty and could oy hear the waves crashing on the shore. The staff is amazing and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Almost all the staff I encountered wished me a happy birthday, and I had 3 different groups give me cake. They even gave me a gift. The food was good, much better than I've had at other resorts, and the water had to be some of the best water I've ever drank. Looking forward to visiting gain when the construction is done.

Super clean Hotel, very friendly staff and the foot quality. It was Very Good definitely I will come back. The pools was amazing clean even this is old property. The Maintenance done to the property. Make it feel like it’s a New property. Definitely Enjoy My Stay There.

Love this hotel! The last night of my stay was filled with loud young adults running around the hotel though and had to get staff involved to quiet them down but they did. The staff were all sooo nice and helpful!

Angel cibrian is the best server ever and I recommend for any trip. Please use him for all trips to PV - the best pool service ever.

My family and I stayed at the Westin for 6 nights at the begging of August. Our stay was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is in need of some TLC. They are in the middle of renovations which explains a lot. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable during our stay. The food at the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! Some of the best food we’ve had at a resort. Our compliments to the chef! The location is great. Walking distance to the marina and an OXXO. We would definitely come back!

This property is amazing! First, its close to the airport, and there is a marina across the street which has several different food options and money exchange services. Close to most touristy places. The service was truly the best ive ever had in Mexico! The hotel was very nice and clean! I recommend 100% the staff was amazing! Very friendly!
