The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

Gaby in kids club, Fabian at the front desk, Pedro at the check in, Raul at the bar… in fact all the staff are AMAZING. This is the best resort. We got married and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back.

Hotel staff were excellent especially our waiter pool side, Angel Cibrian. He was gracious, anticipated our needs and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

The pool is absolutely my favorite. It is so unique with all of the islands and iguanas. The pool never felt crowded and the pool staff is so friendly and attentive, great food and drinks and priced well. Loved the view from our room. Everything was clean and the beds are super comfortable. We also hired a boat driver from the beach that took us on snorkel tour to see Los Arcos. It was amazing! Way better than a typical tour boat.

As you would expect in a hot environment, the air conditioning is constantly runnning in the room and has a moldy smell. But everything else we loved.

I had soo much fun! Even met Angela (Gaby) at the resort! She was AMAZING and did everything possible to assist us! Loved the food, swim up bar and peaceful resort! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

While I was in town for a meeting I found a moment to relax and both Okimy and Efraim made this experience wonderful! In addition to making sure that I had an amazing experience beachside, they recommended activities on the resort campus and well as off site cultural experiences and hidden beaches. I really appreciated this as I didn't have time to do this research in the midst of the conference. This was my first time in PV and Id definitely return!

Hotel was wonderful, everyone was very kind and helpful. Our kids had an amazing time at the kids club with Gaby. Reyna by the pool was so kind and quick with drinks and lunch!

Excellent resort. We’ve come here often. Gaby at the towel desk is super! Also, Okimy gave a class in making guacamole, and we enjoyed it. Tasty! Great staff, super resort.

We stayed at The Westin and had such a pleasant experience. I want to highlight Efrain, one of the gentlemen who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were excellent, and he was an absolute pleasure to chat with. Efrain truly made our time here memorable thank you for such exceptional hospitality. I would highlight recommend the stay here from the moment we got here. I will also want to say that is has been very relaxing atmosphere the entire time!

My husband and I spent five nights here for our honeymoon and had an amazing trip. The staff is so friendly and personable. They help you book excursions, are always available to grab drinks, food, towels for guests and are so fun to hang out and chat with! Israel, Okimy, Pedro, and Angel are such a delight! Part of the pool area was closed due to the hurricane aftermath, but my husband and I were amazed at how fast everything was cleaned up. The grounds and beach at the Westin are beautiful and we love watching the iguanas roam around. There are a variety of great restaurants to eat at on the property and the staff also has restaurant recommendations off site if you wish to venture off property. I highly recommend the Westin Puerto Vallarta!
